To conclude the Agreement for each subsequent calendar year (for Customers who have previously concluded the Agreement), it is necessary to perform all of the above actions, with the exception of providing a full package of documents in accordance with (the List). The documents specified in the List are provided to FNCSP JSC only in the event of changes that have occurred with the Customer (renaming, changes in details, reorganization, change of management, location, etc.).
Information on tariffs for the services of tugs of FNCSP JSC for towing during mooring operations, hauling, as well as other movement of the vessel within the waters of the seaport of Novorossiysk, is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement, posted on the website flotnmtp.ru.
Additional information
Every year, FNCSP JSC develops and approves an Agreement for the provision of services for the inspection and collection of floating garbage from the waters of Tsemesskaya Bay, therefore, compliance with the above-described procedure for renewing the agreement is mandatory.
If during the term of the Agreement the Customer's company has made changes to its constituent documents or other information about the company, the Customer must notify FNCSP JSC about this within three days.
FNCSP JSC shall annually organize the distribution of Notifications with a reminder of the need to renew the Agreement for the next calendar year, which does not relieve the Customer of the obligation to independently ensure the submission of the relevant Application with the attachment by the Customer of the signed Agreement for the next calendar year.
